What is Vento?
Vento is a window-mounted vehicle ventilation and environmental monitoring system. It combines active airflow with temperature, humidity, and device information.
Does Vento cool like air conditioning?
No. Vento is a ventilation system, not an air conditioner. It helps exchange trapped cabin air with outside air but cannot cool the cabin below the outside ambient temperature.
Why does AUTO mode cap the fan at Level 2?
In hot conditions, the fan speed Level 2 and Level 3 deliver nearly identical cooling performance, but Level 3 consumes noticeably more energy and produces louder noise.
For your comfort, AUTO mode intelligently caps the fan at Level 2, giving you the perfect balance of coolness and quiet. If you need a quick cooldown right after entering the car, feel free to manually switch to Level 3 for maximum airflow. Once the cabin feels comfortable, we recommend switching back to AUTO for a peaceful, efficient ride.
How long does installation take?
Vento is designed for setup in about 30 seconds after the initial vehicle fit has been configured. Actual installation time varies by vehicle and user.
Does Vento fit every vehicle?
No. Compatibility depends on window shape, dimensions, trim, tint, rain guards, and vehicle power behavior. A final compatibility guide will be published before launch.
How is Vento powered?
Vento connects to a compatible vehicle 12V outlet. Some vehicles turn off their 12V outlets when parked, so power compatibility must be confirmed before use.
Is Vento a pet safety device?
Vento provides supplemental ventilation and environmental information. It does not replace responsible supervision, air conditioning, good judgment, or compliance with applicable laws.
What warranty does Vento include?
Vento includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty.
What is the return policy?
Eligible purchases may be returned free within 30 days.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
Monthly and annual plans are available. If you cancel, service remains active through the end of your current billing cycle.
